What Subsplash emphasizes
Subsplash presents church management within a wider church engagement platform, with apps, giving, media, messaging and volunteer tools. Its management page describes unified people data and service planning.
If your church is evaluating Subsplash, compare the combination of management, member app and media tools rather than judging a single feature in isolation.
What to evaluate in ChurchFoundry
ChurchFoundry connects the people directory to guest connection cards and follow-up, giving, accounting, service planning, workflows and reports. It also supports optional branded church apps and live sermon transcription and translation.
Useful evaluation scenarios include a connection card submitted from your WordPress website, a volunteer assigned to one of several service times and a pastor choosing a daily join-request summary instead of an alert for every applicant. Test the features your church needs on its available plan.
Compare the same scope and cost
Read Subsplash’s current product and pricing information directly, then compare it with ChurchFoundry’s published plans and add-ons. Subscription costs, people limits, app charges, media usage and giving-processing fees can affect the total. This page does not freeze another provider’s prices or mark unverified features as missing.
Ask how directory data moves, which historical records can be imported and what staff can export. ChurchFoundry supports a Planning Center people CSV import; that is not a claim of a complete one-click migration from every provider.
Use a trial to answer the practical questions
Choose a directory task, a guest follow-up task and a Sunday planning or finance task. Invite the staff responsible for each and use fictional records. Note any workarounds and confirm permissions before moving real data.
This is a vendor-written evaluation guide from ChurchFoundry, not an independent ranking. Subsplash is a separate product, and there is no implied affiliation or endorsement. Official sources below were reviewed on October 6, 2026.
