Build a plan your team can follow
Service planning brings the order of service, items, songs, service times and volunteer assignments into a shared plan. ChurchFoundry keeps that work connected to the people and teams in your church rather than requiring another volunteer list.
Use draft plans while preparing the service. Reusable task lists help teams remember preparation work, and volunteer patterns can be previewed and manually applied to future draft plans. Saving a pattern does not automatically schedule or invite everyone.
Make assignments match the actual service times
A volunteer can be assigned to the whole plan or to selected service times. Their schedule should reflect the times they are serving, especially when a church runs several services on the same day.
Changing selected times requests confirmation again so volunteers can review the new commitment. Team-leader scheduling is scoped to the teams they may coordinate; church-wide access does not come simply from being a volunteer.
Share the plan without publishing the roster
ChurchFoundry can publish an explicitly enabled public plan view. That view contains the plan’s title, items and times, not the volunteer roster or private notes. Staff chooses both publication and public-view availability.
During your trial, prepare one service with your normal teams. Ask volunteers to check their invitations and schedules, then confirm that time selections and preparation tasks match how your church actually runs Sunday.
